The Bonrix API Panel validates the request using API key authentication, IP whitelisting, and company-level configuration. After validation, the request is saved into a secure call queue with proper status tracking. From there, the system routes the call to connected Voice AI Agent Dialers using WebSocket. Dialers can be mapped to different channels such as Sales, Support, or All Channel.
