🔹 How the system works

A Third-Party CRM sends an outbound call request to the Bonrix API Panel using REST API. The request may include customer mobile number, template name, customer name, preferred language, channel type, and additional customer data in JSON format.

The Bonrix API Panel validates the request using API key authentication, IP whitelisting, and company-level configuration. After validation, the request is saved into a secure call queue with proper status tracking.

From there, the system routes the call to connected Voice AI Agent Dialers using WebSocket. Dialers can be mapped to different channels such as Sales, Support, or All Channel. This makes the system flexible for businesses running multiple teams and campaigns at the same time.

🔹 Push Mode and Pull Mode support

In Push Mode, as soon as a CRM request is received, the system immediately pushes the call payload to an available connected dialer. If multiple dialers are connected to the same channel, the system distributes requests using Round Robin logic.

In Pull Mode, the dialer requests the next available record from the server. The server locks the pending record so that no other dialer can pick the same call. If no data is available, the dialer waits and retries after a defined interval.

This gives businesses the flexibility to run real-time campaigns or controlled queue-based calling depending on their operational needs.

The Voice AI Dialer connects with the Bonrix API Panel as a WebSocket client using the company API key and selected channel. Once connected, it receives customer details, template name, and customer-specific JSON data.

The dialer can then use this data to prepare the AI conversation context and initiate the call through SIP, VoIP, GSM dongle, Bluetooth call setup, or other supported telephony methods.

After the call, the dialer can update the result back to the panel, such as Answered, Not Picked, Completed, Failed, or Follow-up Required. This helps businesses maintain complete visibility from CRM request to final call outcome.
