- ✅ CRM Login: Sign in through the connected CRM tool and retrieve the information needed for subsequent CRM actions.
- ✅ Add a New Lead: Create a lead using details provided in chat, including the customer name, phone number, and category. Dummy values are used for the remaining fields in this demonstration.
- ✅ Retrieve the Lead ID: Look up the newly created lead and retrieve its generated CRM lead ID.
- ✅ Initiate a Call: Ask ChatGPT to start a call through the connected Bonrix CRM dialer and receive the dialer’s response.
